Well it’s coming into summer again and bike week is fast approaching and the vendors have already begun to set up. The property is looking good thanks to Mike and all those who came to help at the cleanup. We still however need volunteers to help during bike week. The other day I was in the hall and saw the three old pennants, Patriotism, Loyalty, and Fraternity, that this great organization was founded on and what the members believed in. As I looked at the old photos of the first members, I realize how far we have come. It makes one think of the heritage we have and to be proud of the heritage we share. We have been left a truly unique legacy that we need to preserve and pass on to future generations. One way of doing that is to continue working toward educating and preserving the past sacrifices of our service members through the museum.

Now that we are coming to the end of our 134th year, how can we make the 135th year better? Please remember to pray for our military service members.
